Hi there and thanks for booking our place! We look forward to your stay and accommodating you in all the ways possible. We just have a few rules, but we ask that you take them very seriously. • Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM • No parties or events • No smoking • No pets Please know that if any of the rules are broken, we will not hesitate to fine you for the below amounts: This is a no smoking home, if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. You may smoke outside. If a party that has not been pre-arranged with us occurs or is discovered, you will be fined $1,000 Please note that we charge up to $100 per hour for late checkouts if not previously arranged. Please do not hesitate to reach out for any questions regarding these rules or anything else you may need.
