Hi there and thanks for booking our place! We look forward to your stay and accommodating you in all the ways possible. We just have a few rules, but we ask that you take them very seriously. • Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM • No parties or events • No smoking inside the cabin • We are dog friendly. We only ask you to please make sure you list you are bringing one, in the guest details. Please know that if any of the rules are broken, we will not hesitate to fine you for the below amounts: This is a no smoking cabin, if you smoke in the cabin, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. You may smoke outside. If a party that has not been pre-arranged with us occurs or is discovered, you will be fined $1,000 Please note that we charge up to $100 per hour for late checkouts if not previously arranged. If a dog was brought and not listed in the details, there will be a $100 pet fee applied. Please do not hesitate to reach out for any questions regarding these rules or anything else you may need.
